I think that this could be a very long Government Shutdown. Maybe longer than any other including the longest so far that Trump was responsible for in 2018.
This time the Democrats really have no choice but to confront Trump regarding Medicare and other health care cuts that will murder thousands or millions of ill or aged Americans. So, for the Democratic party to be taken seriously or to even exist at all Democrats really have no choice but to dig their heels in until Trump and Republicans recapitulate regarding Healthcare for all Americans.
So, this could last months until Trump and Republicans given in or this could get worse and possibly actually become an outright civil War between Republicans or Democrats.
It's Really up to Trump and the Republicans now whether this turns into a 2nd Civil War or not at this point.
