So, if you were watching the girls in bands in front of them at the Rose Parade twirling batons just remember they were basically moving so they didn't freeze to death or get hypothermia. But, when you are young almost anything can be possible including marching in a bathing suit basically at 36 degrees.

Actually, a newsman and a newslady reported a temperature of 33 degrees Fahrenheit and one couple brought a metal dish to build a fire while waiting for the parade to keep warm there by the side of the road. They showed them on TV.
