Where I live people are always remodeling their homes it seems here near the ocean so it's always somebody modifying things within about 5 to 10 houses of ours. Only about 1/2 of the people seem to live here full time. A lot of people keep their local homes as a 2nd or 3rd home to retreat to when it gets too hot at their other homes I think. So, it's an interesting place to live for that and many other reasons.
