Paradoxically, one of the things that keeps you alive to 100 years old or beyond is to not fear dying

However, this has to be mixed with being conscientious regarding your Medicare if you have it after age 65. Because the combination of not fearing death while choosing to stay alive is an everyday thing.

So, you have to be concerned about staying alive for yourself and others while also not being afraid to die either to actually live to 100 or beyond.

And as time goes on people will be living longer and longer (at least it appears this way now) unless civilization ends from people like Trump and Putin and Xi and their like worldwide.

At least between Canada and the U.S. Trump has ended all civility by making demands upon Canada that they give up their sovereignty to him personally if you read the fine print of what he is asking of them.

There is no way they could remain a country if they agreed to what Trump is asking at all.

So, to make a long story short figure out how not to be afraid of death but also not be afraid of using your Medicare after 65 to stay alive either.

Otherwise you soon will be gone (for most people this is absolutely true). However, there are always exceptions to every rule in life I find too.

By God's Grace
