Not likely to lower Gas prices anywhere actually. It's all hype. Why?
Because even if you got enough gas to come in, most gas stations still have to sell their higher priced gasoline before they buy new gasoline. So, for most gas stations this might mean nothing until Christmas or after given what has happened and what is happening in the Straight of Hormuz since early this year.
So, the likelihood this will help you before the midterm elections anywhere in the U.S. is about zero.
