This is a very strange pick even for Trump. This is Trump's daughter's husbands father who was in prison when Trump was president last. I think Trump might have pardoned him or something and now he is Ambassador to France? I'm sure the French will be insulted by this but maybe Trump doesn't like France to begin with? Very very strange any way you look at this.
