Is DHS still Shutdown?

 Though ICE Trump made sure was funded for 5 Years in his Big Awful Bill DHS who oversees ICE is shut down likely for a long time until Trump agrees to unmask ICE Agents and several other things to keep anymore American Citizens from being killed by badly trained ICE Agents. Agents now are only trained to be Thugs and not much else much like Hitler's Brown shirts. And it is common for Agents to be White Supremacists too which also means that they might have affiliation with NAZIS or the KKK also.

NO effort to filter out people that might shoot first and ask question 2nd is taught to these agents. They are completely unprepared for what they are facing on the streets of America and more Americans will be killed by them inevitably unless they are free from White Supremacists and get better training so people can stay alive especially U.S. Citizens.
