Even though aliens have been coming to earth since before there was an atmosphere Compassion towards yourself and all beings will cause your enlightenment

 Despite all the alien stuff that has ALWAYS existed on earth before humans lived here compassion towards yourself and all other beings has ALWAYS been the key to enlightenment and happiness.

Understanding this is everything in life.

You really can't have quality of life without living this way. It's likely not possible.

So, the key to longevity and happiness is compassion towards yourself and all other beings.

The problem is for all human beings: "He who lives by the sword dies by the sword".

Or "He who lives by the gun dies by the gun".

This is also true. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.

This is also true.

So compassion for yourself pays off in big dividends always

And Compassion for all other beings pays off in big dividends too.

This has always been true and will always be true.

Understanding this is everything in life.
