It was going to allow me to change languages so I clicked on "Translate page" and I was able to click it into French to see what that looked like on a page but when I clicked it back to English I noticed that it no longer was a Word Button (link) that would allow me to translate the page. Not sure why this doesn't always work anymore. But, I believe I have had this button installed now for about 10 to 15 years so far and it has always worked around the world for people I believe during that time until now.
I believe it is through Google Translate that it works. (when it does).
