The thing about this is often you can design a form of writing that helps you through the problems you are having now in your life.
The object is to heal the problems of your life. Remember you have a subconscious mind that is about 2 years old. So, in this case you are writing to heal your inner child or inner toddler.
So, pretend you are writing a child's story for your own child (if you have one) and even if you don't imagine you are writing to teach and heal your child. Only in this case you are healing your subconscious mind from past traumas.
So, you might bring problems that you are dealing with in an oblique way to help yourself through this process.
Healing yourself from Childhood and young adult traumas is a very powerful thing.
It can be very self transformative and healing in a really deep way.
And it doesn't hurt to try this to heal the deep hurts you feel from damaging your life anymore than they already have.
