God allowed me and my parents to be smart enough to survive when many others didn't

When I look back on my life now I see it differently than I did when I was 21 years old and leaving the church my parents went to all my life up until then. At that time I saw the hypocrisy of my church and nothing else and I couldn't live that way myself so I was separate from my church I was raised in.

How I see my life now is how lucky I was to have parents that were religious and not drunks or smokers and how lucky I was to have parents who were into organic Food and not smoking or drinking and beating me up like many children I knew then in the 1950s.

I survived until 21 mostly because I had really great parents whereas many others I knew did not and they often did not survive for one reason or another.

So, I'm grateful to God every day now to have lived to 78 and so have my children and grandchildren lived on successfully too.

By God's Grace
