This was on the New York Times best seller list by the way. ON the back piece of the book it says:
begin quote: "We all sense it something is going on. In "thank you for being late, Thomas L. Friedman exposes the tectonic movements that are reshaping the world and explains how to get hte most out of them and cushion their worst impacts. His thesis to understand the present, you need to understand that the planets three largest forces---Moore's law(technology), The Market (globalization), and Mother Nature (climate change and biodiversity loss)--- are accelerating all at once and tranforming five key realms: the workplace, politics, geopolitics, ethics, and community."-------
end partial quote from the back page on the paperback version of the 2.0 version of this book.
I agree with all these premises and that anyone capable should be aware all this is going on. Without this understanding you don't even begin to understand what is happening worldwide or the panic many people feel whether they understand all this or not. But, at least if you understand all this and how it all interrelates you can sort of plan a strategy for the survival of yourselves and your families and friends on into the future throughout this century.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
