The number of high profile people who would want Epstein dead include Trump, Clinton and Prince Andrew of England to name just of few of the very high profile people that wouldn't want a trial to take place because of potential embarrassing facts that would likely show up. So, whether it was American hit men or British hit men or private hit men this was a hit and not a suicide.
One way to cause him to kill himself would be to give him a drug maybe an extreme dose of LSD or something else while in prison. So, I believe it could have been done just by giving him the right drug at a high enough dose to give him no choice at all but to commit suicide. It could have been easily put in his food or water by anyone along the way, for example.
Like I said there are literally hundreds or even thousands of extremely high profile men and likely women too that wouldn't want Epstein to come to trial for a variety of reasons. Even some victims that might have become high profile from their escapades through him might not want that brought to light either. So, literally thousands of people wouldn't want him to have to testify about any of this for thousands of reasons. And this is a completely international clientele.
