Does Zelenskyy know something the rest of us do not?

It's possible that Putin has decided that the best way to get everyone to move out of Ukraine (and maybe save some Russian Soldiers from early deaths?) is to Create another Chernobyl and prevent anyone from fixing it, thereby killing everyone nearby downwind (including those in Russia). Not sure what the prevailing winds are there by the way. Maybe you know. 

This could be therefore the worst nuclear accident so far on earth if Putin does this!

I'm not sure what the prevailing winds are at Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, But, here is what the prevailing winds are for all of Ukraine:

In the north, east, and south, the easterly and southeasterly winds prevail, in the west – northwesterly and westerly, while in the southwest – southerly and southeasterly.
