I don't see this as being helpful at all. For example, look what Musk did to Twitter screwing thousands of his employees out of their golden Parachutes promised to them as they left before their contracts were completed. In the same way he deprives U.S. citizens of the very people that actually would help them and not put them out on the streets with nothing.
What Musk is doing doesn't work for a business like Twitter and it doesn't work for a Government even more.
Thousands and millions of people are going to suffer if Musk Gets his way. He lives in an Ivory Tower and doesn't suffer like most people do financialy. People are like Ants to Musk. He doesn't really care what happens to any of them at all. So, he steps on them and you will see how this doesn't work at all on many different levels for ANY AMERICANS!
