It appears like we are already in a financial war: Red States harming Blue States funding

 There is a saying: Money Talks and in this case if funding is ONLY being removed from Blue States then the Republicans have declared a financial War already against the Blue States (Democratically controlled states).

The most likely outcome is that these Blue States may secede from the Union of States eventually because without funding it is possible there is no financial benefit for remaining a part of the United States.

Here's the problem: The people in Blue States pay as much in Taxes to the Federal Government as those in Red States. So, the logical solution then is that the Federal Government under Trump is stealing the tax money paid by Blue States. So, one solution to this problem is the Blue States stopping paying taxes to the Federal Government (at least until they get once again equal benefits from those taxes) just like the Red States.
