I was visiting a Catholic Church in Austria up in the Alps with my son in laws parents and there were about 25 or 30 pictures of boys lost in World War II. My wife and I felt touched by this because it is from a different perspective than we have in the U.S. as we both grew up in the 1950s and 1960s. I realized I needed to write of my experience which is different while I am here. I'm on like Austrian Catholic planet that goes back to at least 900 AD which is very different than the American Experience. Many Protestants were killed by the Catholics from about 1500 on so Austria even today is majority Catholic likely like Italy is too.

So, many people in Austria and Germany were starving because of this. Our President Woodrow Wilson tried to prevent the punishment of Austria and Germany by the rest of Europe because he saw it could lead to the next war (World WARII) which it did unfortunately through Hitler who took advantage of all the Anger that Austrians and Germans had for how they were treated after World War I.
But, Woodrow Wilson our president from 1913 until 1921 tried to fix this problem but died before he could be successful at this. He was also the Architect of the League of Nations which was the forerunner to the United Nations. He also won the Nobel Peace prize for helping create the League of Nations.

So, basically World War I created World War II through the opportunities of Rage given Hitler by Germans and Austrians as to how they were all treated after World War I when the Germans and Austrians lost this war.
So, starvation of Austrians and Germans was the result after World War I and then when Hitler Came to power it took a wheelbarrow full of money to buy a loaf of bread so people were starving and dying a lot in Germany and Austria.
So, you can see why World War II started from all of this. It was an act of Desperation by a starving people in Germany and Austria. What Hitler was thinking actually is anyone's guess.
It was helpful that the United Nations started to address more of these problems in a more effective way. This helped prevent World War III (at least so far) with Nuclear Weapons used to annihilate everyone on earth and all life on earth.
And my concern is that literally "Almost Everyone" is dead who lived through all this. The closest to this is my Baby Boomer generation who were told of what actually happened between 1929 and 1945 that was literally "HELL ON EARTH" from 1929 to 1945 "WORLDWIDE".
So, Watching Trump potentially becoming the next Kaiser Wilhelm or Hitler is terrifying beyond belief. Because he is not factoring in all the causes (including tariffs) that caused the Great Depression that made it inevitable that World War II happened sooner or later.
So, I'm writing this partly to expand people's knowledge about what actually happened from 1929 to 1945 here on earth that screwed everything up beyond belief and killed at least 65 to 85 million people (likely millions more just through starvation alone).
