What was it like to live in Lemuria(California 40,000 to 100,000 years ago)?

Lemuria like I said was from Baja California up through Oregon then and Washington and Canada was mostly Ice Glaciers because we were either going into or coming out from an Ice Age.

What I remember the most because it traumatized my soul was the sinking of Mu.

I remember that I was likely a Captain in the Mu Planetary Protectors. We were then an Intergalactic planetary power with at least 20 colonies we had established on other planets. However, previously a group of us had colonized Earth (likely 65 million years ago) when Maldek the present Asteroid Belt destroyed planet was destroyed in a nuclear war. The Russians sent a probe to the Asteroid Belt in the 1970s and found it had been destroyed by a nuclear war by the way. This was suppressed from Western New Media by Christians of all sorts and Muslims of all sorts and Hindus of all sorts because it didn't agree with their spiritual writings in the 1970s. If you lived then in the 1970s you would understand how this could happen then.

I heard on my space shuttle's radio that Mu had been attacked from space and shoved under the water and everyone had died. However, I had a little time to take my space shuttle and gather all I could carry of my family and friends and I flew my space shuttle up to Mt. Whitney on the  High Sierra mountains to ride out the gigantic Tidal wave.

When the Tidal Waves came (there were many more than one by the way) it killed everyone below around 9000 Feet elevation in the High Sierra Mountains.

However, because it went over the Coastal Range then it made a big sea water lake of the Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys, an inland salt water sea. I knew everyone left would die if I didn't do something so I blew up the mountain range where the Sacramento River now meets the San Francisco Bay now with explosives to release the salt water  poisoning the land in the Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys. This created the San Francisco Bay and eventually the Sacramento River created a River Delta there around Benicia to Stockton. Because now ships can dock still as far inland as Stockton on the present Sacramento River today. So, within a few years we could all grow food in the Sacramento Valley and San Joaquin Valleys (actually different sections of the same valley) once again. So, we all didn't die we found a way forward. Atlantis in the far future from there also contained all the people who knew how to build Solar System Space ships so when the same Planet sank Atlantis thousands of years later it sent humans into a much more primitive existence than we had before.
