That's actually a really good question.
At first (in 1980) when I first started writing about Arcane I was trying to heal myself from childhood traumas like whooping cough, Concussion and seizures where I believed I was going to die for about 5 years time. From leaving my childhood Church and the difficulty of staying alive psychologically after that. So, even though I had overcome all these problems by age 30 I was now 32 and still traumatized by many of the events in my life. However, I had also studied to be a psychologist and even though my girlfriend got pregnant and I had to support us starting at age 25 so I never became a psychologist I had learned a lot about healing traumatic events in one's life.
The primary tool was re-parenting that I used and the 2nd tool I used was time travel (the ability to heal past events in the future or future events from the past).
At the time I didn't believe in how the universe I presently believe in in the same way. Though I believed in Reincarnation because this is what I was taught as a mystical Christian I didn't believe yet that our souls are not tethered to Time or Space yet in the way that I thought then.
So, I started this new way of writing in 1980 in Mt. Shasta when I was 32 years old. At the time, I didn't plan on ever publishing what I was writing other than sharing it with family and friends at some point. However, I also realized it was some of the best stuff I ever wrote too, so I was pleased at the result I had come up with.
Then in 1998 and 1999 I believed (and doctors too) that I was dying from a heart virus like everyone else that I heard of then in California. They died but I didn't.
During my preparation from death (I wrote this by accident and realized I needed to leave this in). Because somehow all this was a preparation to potentially never die.
Saint Germain had come to me in the 1970s and told me that basically I might not die for at least 10,000 years or more.
At the time he asked me what I thought of this: I said: "I'll believe it when I see it."
He said: "If your answer was anything else you wouldn't be my student."
At the time I realized he was training me for this if I could manage this.
However, now I'm 77 years old and through the miracle of modern medicine I'm still alive at 77 even though most other people would have died at 50 who had heart problems like I seem to. So, I'm beginning to understand what he was talking about.
Galactic Citizens have access to Time Travel and in the process of writing "Memories" I likely have become a Galactic Citizen. This is my thought now.
So, I tend to think at this point that writing about Time Travel is a real thing that Saint Germain had me do to explain how he navigates time and space as a Galactic Citizen making things right for the Galactic Sentience who rules this Galaxy. And this is why he is considered to be a Galactic Saint who is likely immortal in this.
