It's because they don't want to start World War III. However, this is a very tricky thing because Putin's main Game has always been CHICKEN.
If you don't know what Chicken is it is what killed many young people especially in the 1950s in California along the coast. There is a movie in the 1950s which was a classic made in the 1950s in which two rival young men in their cars drove them over cliffs into the ocean to see who could survive. One of them got his clothes caught on the car door jumping out at high speed and died.
This is the basis of the Game Chicken it is being a Daredevil and seeing who lives and who dies. It's Putin's Favorite Game because of his KGB Training as a KGB Colonel in East Berlin before the Berlin Wall came down when the Soviet Union Started to collapse.
Only Putin is still playing chicken with the whole world with nuclear weapons and could easily get everyone killed the way he is playing it now.
