Technologically there is no limit for a variety of reasons. However, the biggest problem I see to living indefinitely for humans is more psychological than anything else.
For example, why do you want to live forever? IF it is only for yourself then this is less likely to happen. However, if it is to help yourself and all beings in the universe to enlightenment and compassion towards themselves and all others then this living basically forever begins to become more possible every day.
The technology of living at least to 100 years old is already here on earth for most people if they can afford it. However, the technology to live to 150 to 200 to 500 years will exist by the end of this Century and the next.
Will everyone choose to live this long? No. Likely only a select few who have both the finances and the right psychological states to actually do this will be the ones living from 100 to 500 years this century and the next.
