Now the first caveat is that this might not work for everyone because of a variety of issues.
Like where my son worked a man worked until he was 86 and then died on the job.
However, if you have full health insurance in some ways you might never die in some ways.
What I mean by this is that 90 years old is possible for many or most people if they survive first to be 30 years old.
Dying under 30 especially between 12 and 30 is pretty normal everywhere on earth and my favorite statement about this is:
"How Does ANYONE Really survive to be 30 years old?"
Because it was pretty touch and go even for me until I was 25 and my girlfriend got pregnant and we got married so I felt that I needed to stay alive so my son was raised right.
This actually literally saved my life and allowed me to live to 30 in the first place.
So, at least for males staying alive from about 12 to 15 until 30 is iffy at best. This is my personal experience.
What takes them out?
girlfriends, lovers, suicide, drugs, car racing, motorcycle racing, sports of all kinds, alcohol, you name it.
Luckily, alcohol or drugs was never my problem. If I had a problem it was women I think because I was tall and handsome especially after 15 years old.
Anyway, "How do you stay alive dealing with serious health issues?"
First you need a medical Advocate. For me, it's my wife because she is very focused and has a master's degree in Business but her uncle was a heart specialist in North Carolina so she learned a lot about heart health especially from him.
Which was good for me because I have always had an irregular heartbeat and complications from this killed not only my uncle in his mid 70s after a very healthy and robust life as an Electrical Contractor but also eventually killed my Aunt who had better medical care but passed away with issues which had to do with Irregular heart beat issues too.
So, even though people don't die usually of heart attacks on either side of the family irregular heart issues can trigger things like Atrial Fibrillation which can be fatal.
So, how to you stay alive?
1. Get full health insurance. Often without it you are either dead or bankrupt and homeless.
2. accept that everyone is going to die eventually. Acceptance of death actually generally protects a person a lot from death as strange as this seems.
For example, when I almost died from Fall of 1998 to May of 1999 when doctors told me I was going to live accepting that I could die at any given moment actually saved my life a lot.
3. Don't Panic!
Especially after age 40 or 50 you cannot panic unless you want to die! Understanding this is one of the ways you stay alive right there.
If you want to survive don't panic. Stay calm and centered no matter what if you want to survive everything. It's sort of like being on a battlefield where everyone is dying around you. You have to stay level headed no matter what happens or you can't make the decisions you need to make while you are still alive to stay alive.
Get a good nights sleep. You cannot make good health decisions when you are all messed up from not sleeping.
For example, when I was in the hospital on January 4th to January 6th this year I needed to leave the hospital mostly because I was being woken up all the time and couldn't sleep at all and couldn't make the decisions I needed to survive at all.
So, actually leaving the hospital in this sense allowed me to stay alive and to survive.
But, the biggest thing is not to panic and to have health insurance so you don't die or go bankrupt.
For example, if you live in California and are a legal resident of California there is always Medi-Cal which covers people who aren't rich enough to pay for health insurance. However, it also covers people often with small businesses too. So, this is a way to survive here in California.
