The temperatures from about Floriday through Texas over to California and even into Montana are okay. It's mostly the Northeast states that are REALLY suffering from these low arctic Temperatures right now!
For example it's 80 in San Diego as you can see and 71 in Miami it appears too and 83 likely in Tucson.
It's presently 58 where I live on the ocean in the greater San Francisco Bay area.
