Most of the previous grouping of storms has moved out of California except for this new grouping from San Francisco to Big Sur which is then traveling over to the Sierras and laying down even more snow into the Sierras.
Last night we had a power outage but it was only for about an hour which was enough time for me to prepare all my cords and things to start up the generator to prepare to light my kitchen and living room electrically and run our refrigerator. However, by the time I actually started the generator with my wife watching the porch light next to us suddenly came on so I just left cords outside except I put the plug in end into the plastic Storage shed where I keep my generator and gasoline plastic Cans ready for the next potential power outage. So, at least I know my generator still starts up okay because it was run twice yesterday once to test it earlier by one of our house cleaners and once by me around 10:30 pm to light our house and run our refrigerator.
Tonight is another night that the weather people warned us about regarding potential high winds, rain and potential power outages by the way.
