When we first went there on business a couple of days ago now, we went up 217 to 26 to Hillsborough. However, when we came back that day the GPS maps routed us a different way back to Beaverton, Oregon which is a suburb of Portland.
Once again when we went out to Hillsborough again today we were routed on Scholls Ferry Road towards Hillsborough. You wind up driving through beautiful farmland instead of going on a freeway and there is always much less traffic going this way and any time you go this way it is either the same amount of time or less during Rush hours to get there to Hillsborough from Beaverton. Both these cities are suburbs basically of Portland, Oregon.
Beautiful weather the last few days but it's supposed to get hot again soon.
The hottest temperature ever recorded in Portland was 116 degrees Fahrenheit.
