Healing yourself starts with Good will towards yourself and others

Hating yourself is a form of slow or quick suicide. Hating others is form of slow or quick Homicide.

So, finding ways not to hate yourself or others is in your enlightened self interests if you want to live a long and happy life.

First of all, if you can as an adult get away from people you hate that harm you in one way or another. Go someplace else. Then learn to be kind to yourself. Overcome all negative programming from the ignorant people previously in your life.

Sometimes going to college can help with this if you are studying the right things too.

For example, studying about Computers (my first major in college) taught me a sense of order but it didn't make me a kinder person.

However, then I studied Philosophy when I was suffering starting around age 21 or 22 and this started me in the right direction. Then I studied Cultural Anthropology and finally Psychology.

When I opened a Psychology Today Magazine I realized I was at war with myself and I was headed towards emotional suicide. I realized I had to dump about 90% of my childhood programming to survive.

Once I recreated myself the way I imagine God would want me to be I could create a live worth living where I wouldn't want to die all the time.

So, by age 25 I somewhat succeeded in this and then my live in Girlfriend got pregnant and so we got married. Actually this worked good for me because I moved out of the narcissism of many young men into being a family man working and starting businesses for my wife and child and later more children.

This worked for me and historically all the men in my father's line basically did this too back as far as 1580 which is far as I could trace my father's lineage to somewhere near Zurich Switzerland then. They came to Philadelphia in the 1720s for religious freedom from Switzerland then.

So, finding a way to stop hating yourself and others is the key to a good and long life by feeling compassion for yourself and all others.

We all suffer with basically the same problems. Sometimes starting there is a good thing because this develops compassion for yourselves and others and realizing that we all suffer together like a family of human beings here on earth.

Be Kind to yourself

Be Kind to others

This is a path to enlightenment and true happiness in your life.

By God's Grace
