ON Being Intuitive

For me, it's mostly about knowing things before they happen a lot. I suppose some people might say I'm good observing people and animals and weather and all that. But, that's only part of it. Another part of it is actually seeing potential futures.

Some people think that the future is already written in stone but this isn't really true. Some things might happen anyway like Wars and storms and earthquakes but then I usually know when not to be somewhere I or my family will die.

So, I often watch really rich people make mistakes and realize they might die but people often aren't listening to me (which is okay I guess) but at least if my family listens to me they will likely stay alive as long as possible and be happier for what I share with them.

But, in order to survive being an intuitive you first have to be kind to yourself and to all other beings or else often your karma will kill you one way or another.

Just remember the Angels and God and often life around you like the Trees and animals and even insects are watching you and they are all a part of God's creation just like us. So, how you treat yourself and how you treat all other beings God and Angels watch all the time.

In the 1980s I took Ahimsa Vows not to kill anything. However, you have to be practical about things like mosquitos (who might carry diseases).

So, like for example, I usually leave at least one daddy long legs in my shower area if there is one there because they are the most poisonous spider in the U.S. However, their mandibles (teeth?) cannot penetrate human skin but they kill all the other spiders. So, you are going to be okay but all spiders are likely going to die if they get bit by a daddy longlegs spider. So, I often keep one of them in my shower area so it can get rid of the other spiders so I don't have to.

But, I draw the line when there are two of them (a male and a female) because I don't want to have to deal with thousands of baby daddy longlegs in my bathroom (which has happened before I realized what the problem was).

So, like I said if you take Ahimsa Vows like I did in the 1980s (not to kill anything) you have to be practical enough to make sure your family and you can survive all this too.

However, taking Ahimsa Vows I find makes your life go much smoother because you don't have angry dead things haunting you just like people will haunt you if you kill them too. And it doesn't really matter whether it is during a war or anything else (you likely are going to be haunted by them the rest of your life and this will likely shorten your life.

So, from this point of view alone, taking Ahimsa Vows usually will make your life better and longer and more happy than it would have been otherwise.

So, it is your  own enlightened self interests to take vows like this not to kill anything and try to honor it as best and as practically as you can.

By God's Grace
