The links at the top of the page are automatic according to how many people visit those articles usually within about a month

Because of this fact that they are dealing with Articles number of visits per month instead of per week or per day they generally stay the same for long periods of time.

Then the weekly Links page I build from an HTML Links Template is usually around the most read articles within every 7 days or so which is going to be somewhat different than the daily numbers or monthly numbers too.

So, the top of the page links are 30 days and tend to change very slowly because they are dealing with large amounts of visits in a 30 day period usually.
