Eating Meat contributes to Global Warming

Why?

Because the animals people eat put out a lot of methane (cow farts) which contributes even more to global warming and damage to the upper atmosphere than CO2 does. Then the grains and corn that are fed to animals means many more grains and corn need to be grown for humans besides the ones fed to animals. Often the grains and the corn (especially in the Americas) are GMO crops by companies like Monsanto. So, the GMO damage genetically to humans increases exponentially because of this too and kills many children and adults in ways difficult to define for the medical profession because the children die within 2 weeks to a month from GMO allergic reactions and poisonings.

Even drinking milk is problematic if you don't drink Organic milk where cows are NOT fed any GMO grains or corn. Organic milk is often from cows allowed to graze freely in open pastures from non-GMO plants. This is the healthiest milk even though it is much more expensive.

Also, GMO products move people towards not being able to reproduce at all within 1 to 2 generations.

So, recently I wasn't feeling well (even though my diet has always been less than 10% or 4% meat and fish in my life. So, I decided I needed to go back to how I was raised which was as a lacto ovo Vegetarian which just means you eat no meat or fish but do eat Milk and egg products.

But, even here we ONLY eat organic milk and Only eat free range eggs from chickens not locked in little cages all their natural lives like most eggs are from. This way the chickens are much healthier and closer to nature and it is much much healhier to eat eggs like this as well.

Since I chose to become a Lacto Ovo Vegetarian once again (like I was the first 32 years of my life) I feel 10 times better, I no longer feel guilty because I'm not eating anything that ever walked around on the earth anymore. And I'm happier because I feel 10 times better all the time and my thoughts are much clearer too here at 71 years of age.

Note: Also, fish can be a problem too in that fish in the oceans caught places other than maybe Alaska is often very contaminated with mercury and heavy metals and other pollutants. Why? because fish literally "Breathe" the ocean itself. So, anything in the ocean: mercury other metals and pollutants, lodge in their bodies. So, when you eat their bodies it is concentrated from all that breathing water and then it lodges in your cells too in a concentrated manner. So, eating very much fish can give you mercury poisoning for example, and eating fish caught near Fukushima in Japan might also give you Thyroid cancer or worse from the constant radiation coming into the ocean there from the meltdowns that will continue the next 25,000 to 50,000 years on into the future.

Some people not realizing this have poisoned themselves by going on a fish only diet and the only way back was to do chelation therapy to try to rid their bodies of the mercury poisoning from eating too much fish from the ocean.
