I wear crocs so I can still have enough feeling in my feet at my age to ski and I like them to walk through water and streams year around too

I think it was around 10 years ago or more that I discovered that Crocs would allow me to keep enough feeling in my feet to keep skiing into my 70s. So, this is what I wear to be able to stay active walking through rivers and oceans (with no socks) year around here in California. The inside of most Crocs massages your feet while you are walking and keeps blood in your feet unlike most shoes that cramp your feet and make you not be able to walk when you get older. So, if I'm not dressed up or wearing some kind of hiking boots I'm usually wearing Crocs whenever I can. Snow is a little difficult to walk through with Crocs so then I wear my Faux Fur lined snow boots. I wear Sorrel fleece lined boots that are leather from about just below your ankles and up with round bumps on the rubber sole of the shoes to navigate better in snow conditions. So, when I go to a Ski Lift like in Mt. Shasta I often wear my Sorrels because they keep my feet cozy and warm because I'm not used to the cold and snow because I live on the coast where it usually doesn't ever freeze or only only once or twice a year so these help me not get a cold by keeping my feet warm and snuggly. And then I put them in a locked locker while I ski.

If you are tall like me at around 6 foot 5 inches, there are also sites like:

where I can buy like size 17 Crocs and size 15 Sorrels for winter use too usually.
