Because you cannot be competent while taking the drug dexamethasone which is a steroid which likely will cause 'Roid rage or  Steroid Rage in Trump. You ARE going to be extremely altered and should not be taking this drug while serving as President of the United States until your illness is over. Trump has no business being on this drug while being president at all. So, Pence should be running the country right now, Not Trump.
