Failure is a part of Success

This is one reason why my philosophy as seeing all life "As a Science Experiment" is useful regarding this. In other words: "I have no idea how life is going to turn out a lot of the time." So, seeing everything as an experiment to see what happens is very very useful. The other component to this is: "Life is an Adventure"

And what is an adventure really?

"An Adventure is a difficult experience well managed".

So, the combination of seeing all life as a "Science Experiment" while also being an "Adventure" I have always found useful.

Thinking life as being easy won't keep you alive very long.

However, seeing it as an adventure and a science experiment makes life interesting enough to actually choose to be alive and happy with the results.

For example, relationships might go in any direction at all. Therefore, when I met girls as a young man I was always very polite but also very experimental and used humor and double entendres a lot too.

In other words I used words that could be taken in more than one way. This way I could be happy with the result or not happy with the result without feeling hurt because I was being humorous a lot in how I interacted with the girls I knew. But, I was also very polite as well which also held me in good stead with many young women and their mothers.

You never know where any relationship is going to go, so be open to the possibilities.

When you are young it really isn't about commitment yet it is about getting to know other people along the way while hoping one of them along the way "might be the One" that you want to stay with the rest of your life.
