I was listening to the news about this demographic which is young men 12 to 30 years old living in their basements and not dating anyone and playing video games and their parents is likely the biggest demographic that voted for Trump. Why?
Because Young Men have no place in the U.S. as it is and have been failing miserably for some time given present dynamics.
I think it's because young men are not valued in the culture wars at all and then they are blamed for everything wrong with society always too.
Older men like myself can see the progression and understand better but younger men often cannot find a place in this world and are now twice as likely as young women to take their lives at some point.
So, the Macho vote that elected Trump is those boys and their parents as a protest vote of what is happening to their sons the way things are going presently in this culture.
To not see this problem is to be a part of this problem ongoing.
If young men are not valued then many of them will simply "Go Away". And this is maybe the biggest problem our society faces at present. And this is equally true of all men of all races right now too.
By Go away I mean find a way to die one way or another.
