71% of the American People Agree with the reason Democrats shut down the Government.

 In other words, 71% of the American people want Medicare, Medicaid and Obamacare to be affordable and not cost 75% to 80% more as Trump intends.

So, from this point of view alone this government shutdown could easily go weeks or months and become the longest shutdown in the history of the United States this time.

Trump and his people keep underestimating the actual will of the people in this. 

The alternative to this shutdown is thousands to millions of middle class and poor Americans actually dying from a lack of health care.

Emergency care does NOT keep you alive long term. Health insurance and regular checkups from Specialists does. It is medical Maintenance that keeps people alive long term and without full health insurance that they can afford thousands of Americans are going to die in the next year if not Millions.

That Trump and his people don't see this only shows they have no heart at all or compassion or empathy for the regular people of the world.
