How Are Galactic Citizens Protected?

Basically, if they are important to the local Time Continuum especially, they are assigned a Time Bodyguard.

What does a time bodyguard do? Usually it is a robot that does this that has the patience for this. They speed up time and watch every moment of the Galactic Citizens life and any threats of any kind are removed (except for threats that might strengthen the will and body of the Galactic Citizen. So, basically if someone tried to kill or poison a Galactic Citizen with an Assigned Bodyguard they would be removed from time. Usually their birth would be prevented by the robot going back in time and preventing their conception in the first place. However, if it was necessary for time continuity an android would be put in to pretend to be a human being and acting the ways necessary for time continuity. This is generally how a Galactic Citizen is protected who has an assigned bodyguard. People who interfere simply disappear out of time where no one ever knew them ever because they were never conceived.
