The best logic of this is this premise: "If time travel can exist in any one time or any one galaxy then the logic is that it therefore likely exists in all galaxies in the past, present and future."
So, if it can be done it is being done right now and always has been.
This logical statement I first heard about from MIT in Massachusetts where they held a party for Time travelers every year (and might still) to try to meet time travelers if they wish to be known.
However, listing yourself by publicly doing this might be fatal for a real time traveler.
Also, since I appear to have a Bodyguard I call "Purple Delta 7" who is presently well over 5 million years old (through time travel) forward and back many times on Galactic Business it is said I likely am protected in some ways because of this.
Is this true or am I just a science fiction writer?

I find that we go to college to save the human race by learning to ask the RIGHT questions so the human race can survive. Some of what I'm writing is what will save the human race from extinction now and forever.
