I presently believe that everyone's memories on earth have been altered again and again and again by Alien Technology

When you realize fully that our world is more like the whole "Men in Black" series than anything else. (even though it's a comedy) it's much closer to the truth than anyone seems to realize.

For example, let's suppose that someone accidentally or on purpose comes to earth in the middle of a big city "Then the MEN IN Black" or whatever you want to call them have to clean up those memories somewhat. 

Why do they have to do this?

To prevent civilization and religious collapse all over the world.

If you think about it many people have to believe in whatever religion they believe in to function on a daily basis.

To bring into question everything they believe could or would collapse their lives and just end what their lives are.

From Studying anthropology let me give you a perfect example from a tribe in South America I studied.

The people of this tribe believed in wooden carved posts that were in their village (they were likely in the Amazon Forest when it still existed. most of it is gone today from people like Bolsanaro (sort of like Brazil's Trump or Netanyahu.

So, what happened is that eventually termites got into these posts (one or more) that these people believed were God or something like that and they fell over.

What happened to these people.

They sat down and stopped eating and eventually died in the next month or two (the whole tribe).

Imagine seeing real aliens (not like the ones you see on TV but completely different in every way?

People who are at least 40% of humanity would lay down and stop eating and die without their religions being correct.

So, you see hiding the truth from everyone allows the Earth to be quaint sort of like the Yanomamos were before seeing civilized? human beings. 

However, people like you and I (the people reading this) would likely be okay and find someway to adapt to these changes and find ways to survive them. But, with almost half or more of humanity having gone through a psychotic break with reality civilization might end just from dead bodies everywhere who couldn't cope with these changes.

So, because of all this likely everyone on earth's memories are altered again again and again.

Let me give you another example of what I'm talking about. I was thinking about this as I traveled from JFK airport to Vienna and from Munich, Germany to Los Angeles on a direct flight both times.

I realized "What is the difference really of a giant jet Airliner and a mother ship UFO? In some ways not much. what is the difference between an Aircraft Carrier like the one presently being sent to the Carribean called the Gerald Ford who was president after Nixon and a huge mothership with a lot of smaller UFOs coming out of it like Fighter planes? 

Not much.

So, if you had to hide all jet planes and all aircraft carriers and all battleships and battle planes from the people of the earth: "How much work would that be?" And how many memories would have to be altered in some way to do this?"
