When I was a Captain of a space shuttle that could travel from Earth to a mother ship for long distance Travel

This was somewhere between 40,000 to 100,000 years ago long before Atlantis which is Noah's Ark in the Bible who was a real person.

Basically I remembered today how I blew up the mountain range to let the salt water from the Sacramento Valley back into the Ocean Caused by the Sinking of Mu which was out where Hawaii is now then.

What I remembered today was how it was actually done which is less blowing up the mountain ranges inland from San Francisco and more like burning a hole with the advanced laser through the mountain range.

This is how it was done I parked my Space shuttle on the San Francisco Side of the Coastal Range and used it's space laser used during battle to burn a spherical hole all the way through the Coastal Range.

The engineering idea was this. If I had another ship park itself in the air above the other side of the Coastal Range they would see when the steam came up from the laser hitting the salt water and tell me to raise my ship so I wouldn't have problems when the water came through the hole I burned. Though the walls of the hole would be glass from the heat of the laser the water had great force and this force over time would completely erode the range as the water moved through this hole and ate it away faster and faster.

So, when I was told I had steam coming up the other side of the mountain range from the salt water. I raised up off the ground in my shuttle. Over a few days weeks or months the water leaving the Sacramento Valley coursed faster and faster through this hole and eventually it collapsed on itself moving to a more permanent collapse and letting more and more water though.

However, sometimes it clogged itself so I had to burn new holes until it washed this section of the coastal range completely creating San Francisco Bay.

This is what I remember when Mu Sank and the Sacramento and San Joaquin valley were full of salt water and they slowly drained into the San Francisco Area and washed away the coastal range and then eventually the Sacramento River used this same course to reach the ocean and this area became a River Delta that emptied into the San Francisco Bay.
