Over the next 100 years the changes to human beings will primarily be psychological not physical

 So, even though what we eat and the air we breathe and the water we drink will be different than now, still the biggest changes will be psychological in how we perceive reality on an every day basis.

Why will these changes occur?

Because the survivors of all of this will mostly be people who interface with AI on some level or another. Or the other survivors will be people who completely go off grid away from all technology completely into the bush (even though this will be much harder to do in the future than now.

However, Global Climate changes will likely claim 7/8 of the present amount of humans living on earth. Why?

Because weather will tend to kill off more and more people this century and the next. Unexpected weather events like ICE now in the U.S. will kill off more and more as arctic slippage of arctic air becomes more relatively normal and winds and storms will grow in intensity from the oceans heating up and winds increasing worldwide as sea levels rise and inundate coastal cities worldwide like Miami and Venice and whole countries like in the case of Bangladesh.

However, even with 7/8 of humanity gone from weather changes and wars people will be very different than now in how they think. They will likely retreat more and more (many people) into video Games and electronic media to cope with the insanities of life like Trump just like people tried to psychologically and physically have tried to cope and stay alive through Hitler and Stalin and Mao and now Putin and Trump.

You notice I include Trump with Hitler simply because his methods of taking away our democracy are exactly like Hitler used in Germany and were written about in "Mein Kampf" which is one of Trump's most read (bedside books) as recommended by his father before him.

So, you can see his father is who gave Trump Narcissistic Personality disorder which is the same thing that was wrong with Hitler because it is a mental illness caused by extreme trauma in childhood.

So, preparing for a long haul with figures like Trump and Putin and Xi might be important at this point. So, actually meeting people who survived Putin and XI and talking with them on how to survive Trump might be important worldwide about now!
