I am what is sometimes called "A Galactic Scribe" which means it's like when I write it is like in a newspaper often there are places where you have DBA (which means Doing Business As) so it's like Businesses announcing that they exist. Likewise the galaxy wants there to be some record of what is actually going on (whether any human believes it or not) at least this information is out there.
You have heard the statement "Ignorance of the law is no excuse"
Well. Ignorance of Galactic Law is no excuse either and often people who disobey galactic law are retroactively prevented from being born through Retroactive Time travel.
This is a given on how the Galaxy does things.

"When I say By God's Grace I am recognizing that these are the way things really are. I stopped being horrified a long time ago when I first found out how things actually operate within our galaxy.
It's sort of like that.
What is is and God is still here and we are all still a part of God.
However, it's sort of like denying the fact of Grizzly Bears and Mountain Lions if you don't believe me.
If you pretend they don't exist and go into Grizzly Bear Territory you might not have a head or arms anymore.
So, being realistic about all this allows you to stay alive doesn't it?
