In other words what Osama Bin Laden did that day caused (on the first timeline) 5 billion people to die when some idiot or idiots from one country or another tripped the Doomsday weapons in that country which then tripped the doomsday weapons in every country on earth. So, only a few countries were left standing like maybe Switzerland and Austria which are both neutral nations. So, 4000 years later this area became a civilization which between 6000 AD on the first timeline and 7028 when Elohar and Ragna came back through time to visit me to ask me to help them build a 2nd timeline where 5 billion people didn't die within a month of September 11th 2001.
So, you and I now live on the 2nd timeline that the Galactic Government allowed Elohar and Ragna and like minded people and beings to build. So, the 2nd timeline is also a Galactically recognized Timeline approved by the Galactic Sentience who runs this Galaxy from the Galactic Core near the Black hole which holds all the stars and planets within the galaxy.
Actually every Galaxy has to have a black hole to keep all the stars and planets circling one another.
This is just a scientific Fact of life.
