Moderation in all things

I was thinking today a stance to better deal with Medical PTSD and it seems like the statement "Moderation in all things" might be the best.

Extreme stances often might lead to a person's death during medical PTSD. Things like Panic and freaking out only tend to makes things worse. So, finding a way to stay calm while observing what is happening inside of you and around you seems to be the best way to handle medical PTSD.

I cannot speak for wartime PTSD at all because I have never experienced that. But, near death experiences from medical situations I have experienced a lot since about 1998 when I was 50 and almost died for about 9 months from a heart virus. I was the only one in California I knew of at the time who actually survived this kind of heart virus simply because I knew how to do a disconnection meditation I learned from Tibetan Lamas in order to stay calm while I passed out from not enough oxygen in my blood to stay conscious during this medical ordeal. Because if you passed out and panicked like most people would this would cause a chain reaction that caused their deaths. So, every time I fainted unconscious often on the floor wherever I was I went into a disconnection type of meditation so I wouldn't trigger my physical death.

So, one way to survive extreme situations is to find a way to stay calm. For me, it is about living with the angels and often when I asked them if I was dying they would tell me that whatever was happening was only temporary. So, because of the Angels surrounding me I have kept surviving situations that might have killed most people.

So, I would recommend making friends with the angels so you can better survive medical emergencies too.
