Colorado River is at it's lowest in history now and 95% of Colorado Counties are in Severe Drought this year too

Over half of the Colorado River's water is used for irrigated agriculture; 37% is used in urban areas and to support natural vegetation.

It was said on the news that many farmers likely will have to go out of business in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Arizona and California because there just isn't enough water for metropolitan areas of those states and farmers to share now.

And this is likely to get worse over the next few years it is predicted too.
