I was surprised to see the low temperature here on the coast was 49 degrees Fahrenheit:

which is more of a fall or winter temperature than a summer one. Often in the fall and winter daytime temperature might drop to the low 50s and so 49 for a night time temperature would be more normal than for now. It's possible fall is starting early maybe?
