Planes falling out of the Sky?

I wrote something recently:How long will it be before no passenger planes are...

and it is turning out to be a little more prophetic than I wanted it to be. When I wrote it I had found an article about the Reaper and simply was stating the fact that 20 or so Reapers staying at 50,000 feet could theoretically ground or shoot down all passenger planes on earth.

However, it appears that terrorists in war zones around the world are already scaring the flying public from flying in various areas of the world. It's not that other more brave souls won't be shot down in the future by missiles, it's that there will be more and more planes likely coming down just because of more advanced technology more readily available. We are just now seeing the tip of the iceberg in the loss of enough safety to have passenger planes flying many places on earth.

With the technology advances increasing there will be more and more areas of earth that people won't be able to safely fly over. This is just a given as we enter into really dangerous times over much of earth war and terrorist wise.
