As a precognitive psychic who sometimes can see things before they come, it is already too late to stop the winds of 200 to 500 miles per hour that will occur in some form almost everywhere on earth at least 1 day a year in the future.
If you have a 500 mph wind (even one day) all plants and trees are blown away at winds at this speed. Winds of over 300 mph have already been recorded in Hurricanes and Typhoons all over the earth. When this happens for example, Caribbean Islands that have experienced this no plant life is left basically wherever this occurs. In other words "All trees and plants are gone". But, that doesn't mean the roots are all gone necessarily and from the roots might come shoots to revivify the lands like has happened often in the Caribbean islands when all plants are blown away in 300 mph winds in hurricanes. But, it might be a year or more before very much grows back and often all wooden houses and structures are also gone. Only Cement and metal structures remain after winds this strong.
The other thing coming is ships on the ocean one day will not be able to be used and people will have to convert to "Cargo Submarines" which can go below the wind and weather. Seas of 30 feet or more like you have south of Cape Horn on the way to Antarctica will be normal during parts of the year almost everywhere because of the very high and screaming winds.
It's important for all parts of the world that already get high wind events to prepare for winds 2 to 3 times as bad as they have ever seen at times during the future.
