It's been really nice sharing with everyone who is interested facts about the Galactic Government

 However, it isn't so much a Government as a family business or farm or ranch and I suppose we could be considered as some of the animals that live on the ranch. But, I think that isn't useful either. Somehow the Creators value incarnating as human beings because we are somewhat unique in the kinds of situations we can go into and survive. So, since we humans (our ancient ancestors)  have colonized worlds all over the galaxy and are going to begin colonizing other worlds soon again like we used to in the deep past, the Creators are interested in us more now than ever before. Also, we tend to be protected (in one way or another) from other species on other planets simply because the Royal Family (Galactic Owners) prefer this planet Earth to incarnate on when they retire from being Creators.

But, I think that knowing what is really going on in the galaxy will help many people to cope with their lives better and to understand what it is they are doing here. Basically, they are learning how to survive and how to want to go on surviving as retired creators in human form right now here on earth.

And soon we humans will begin colonizing planets all over the galaxy once again which should be interesting too.

And because of Polaris Dawn I'm sure all of you are seeing the writing on the wall of rich people being the first going into space just like rich people were the first to be able to afford Jet plane tickets around the world.

But, as more and more people go into space the price of a ticket to space will go down pretty fast just like Jet plane tickets have since the first passenger jet flights in 1957.

The Galactic Government controls what happens in the Galaxy by altering time lines all over the galaxy

 This prevents wars and other things the galaxy doesn't want to happen. IN this way the Galactic Government in some ways sees the whole galaxy like a zoo and changing time lines are like the fences in a zoo to keep the animals from killing each other. 

Is this a perfect system? No. There are no perfect systems. If you have ever visited a zoo you might still have monkeys throwing their shit at you with their hands for example. This is quite common and it happens in zoos all around the world. Another thing people can be affected by is the giant cats like Lions and Tigers and Leopards that are males "Mark" their territory by spraying and this can get on people too. So, just like in a zoo bad things can still happen to people and other physical and non-physical beings in the galaxy sometimes too.

However, controlling the time lines of all parts of the galaxy does tend to mitigate the majority of problems for the galaxy in a general sense which tends to keep millions or billions of different species around the galaxy alive and well. So, in this way the Farm, Ranch, Zoo? is maintained for our Soul Species which built and inhabits this galaxy and all others.

No galaxy would exist without our soul species having built it.
