You can't get toilet paper now unless you want to be gouged online by someone at this point. So, what people are recommending is that you start cutting up old towels you use for rags and use them sort of like Cloth diapers to wipe yourself with then put them in a sealed container (like cloth diapers) and wash them like Cloth diapers in hot water and then dry them and then reuse them over once then sealed container then wash again and over and over until the toilet paper problem is over and coronavirus is no more the problem it is now.
