I can safely say to you that one of the reasons I'm still alive and doing well here on earth at age 66 is that I learned to write down what I was upset about as a young person. Then when I read what I wrote sometimes it would be obvious to me to solve this problem. Then, a year or two or more later I might read what I read and further refine my life and psychology to be even more efficient and useful both to me and to others.
I suppose coming from a Swiss heritage in which efficiency is so key to one's thinking (at least it always was in my family) is helpful. Because unless you are trying to be the most efficient in every single thing you do you might not come with further and further refined and helpful ways to do everything from spiritual things, to physical things to efficiency in everything.
With efficiency there is less death, there are less accidents, there is less mayhem, there is more adventure, there is less fear, one becomes braver usually when one find themselves to be more and more efficient with each passing day.
Sometimes there are setbacks of course. But, if you learn to never completely give up no matter what happens (even though some nights you might cry yourself to sleep because you are just so frustrated and upset you might want to kill yourself) eventually some solution or idea presents itself as a way to move forward in ways that don't make you want to kill yourself every day.
So, as these ideas come to you and you write them down your life gets better and better. And maybe after a time (after I almost died from a heart virus at age 50) you might get to the point where you might want to share your process with others so they don't kill themselves unnecessarily too.
And so they can become efficient enough to actually want to stay alive and enjoy living their lives too.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
