During Wars wildlife habitats and historical monuments tend not to be protected

If you study warfare (and we ARE in a Trade War presently worldwide) (even if it is ONLY between Trump and Xi really) wildlife habitats tend not to be protected along with historical monuments. I'm thinking when rich people cause wars (for whatever the reason) (usually to get richer) at the expense of the deaths of millions just like now in the present Trade war, the poorest least educated people tend to die first and then slowly up the line towards the richest. When the richest people start to die in any war usually that war is going to end pretty soon I have noticed.

The same likely will be true of this Trade War too.
